Our room was spacious and artistic, and the rooftop breakfast was superb. Collen, the proprietor, was so kind and helpful. When our balloon tour ran late and threatened to disrupt the next tour we'd booked and paid for, she helped us calm down and smoothly arranged for us to join the next one. She also shared a lot of valuable information.

The personal, friendly service and excellent breakfast made for a great start to each day. We also appreciated the good heating and hot shower during our winter stay. Hotel Cave Konak is right in Ürgüp, within walking distance of restaurants and a market. Its rooms have incredible decorations, and each one feels like its own experience. I'm still excited about this unique, authentic cave hotel. If you're coming to Ürgüp, it's a must, so book ahead to avoid missing out.

We spent three nights here and felt right at home. The hotel rooms were made by restoring the original caves, so it really feels like staying in a cave. The terraces have amazing views, and breakfast was good, with a variety of delicious homemade jams. The hotel is in the middle of Urgup town, surrounded by eateries, supermarkets, and shops selling souvenirs, spices, dried fruit, and Turkish delicacies. There's a bus stop about 100 metres away for exploring nearby places. Goreme, Avanos, and other spots in Cappadocia aren't far either.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the owner gave us great ideas for day trips around the area. Rooms were clean and really nice, and the hotel is close to the city center. I'd stay again anytime!
