Ozlem made us all feel welcome, and even showed us the way down to the beach. It looked much farther away in the pictures, but it was only a five-minute drive. The water was crystal clear. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, with beautiful views. Breakfast alone was worth the stay: everything was homemade, and Ozlem, our lovely hostess and chef, catered for me as a vegetarian, a vegan in our group, and the meat eaters. We tried a bit of everything, then stayed for dessert. The scenery is stunning, and the whole place is wonderfully peaceful. Ozlem, thanks so much for your hospitality. I hope to see you next year for more Turkish lessons!

Ozlem and şenol gave us such a warm welcome, and they know Datça well, with plenty of recommendations. We had a peaceful, wonderful three-night stay. The beach may take a while to reach from here, but the beautiful setting and high-quality hospitality made up for the distance. Breakfast was delicious and healthy, and I liked that the whole menu was organic. özlem talked us through the dishes, explaining each one, especially the jams. I'd definitely like to come back.

The breakfast was disgraceful, inadequate, and stingy. She even served products bought from BİM. There was nobody else at the hotel, and we felt nervous. We had considered going back, but the owner was inconsiderate and wouldn't return our deposit, so we had to leave. When we arrived, Özlem, the manager, handed us the room and told my wife where to find the viledas so she could clean the drain. The drain was apparently a problem. When we asked whether cleaning was done every day, she said it was every other day, as if that were normal everywhere. My wife asked for foot towels and toilet paper, but Özlem told her daughters to come get them instead of bringing them herself. She came across as very egoistic, as though she'd given us the room for free. Other reviews said you'd feel like a refuge there, and we understood what they meant. DISGRACE! I absolutely do not recommend it. If you don't want your holiday ruined, don't pay what the manager charges. No one comes, and those who do never return. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, they must have had friends write them.

Watching the stars beneath the olive groves was wonderful. The hotel is in Mesudiye, near Ovabükü, Palamutbükü, and other bays, all about a 10-minute drive away. Datça center and the ancient city of Knidos are 30 minutes away. It's a great pick for a quiet holiday surrounded by greenery and sea views. My wife and I were visiting Datça for the first time, and the view made us decide we had to stay at Blue Butterfly Hotel. We were glad we did. Ms. Özlem was attentive and sweet, and our room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was different each day, with plenty of homemade jams, especially the orange one, and organic tomatoes and cucumbers you could taste were good. Ms. Özlem's cooking was delicious. We also had dinner, and enjoyed the meatballs, meze, and basil sherbet. Thank you, Ms. Özlem ✨💙🌊
