We were charged 25 Liras for a beer that costs 10 Liras at the market. With a menu, customers who don’t speak Turkish could at least see the prices, but they didn’t have one. We didn’t order food because they only had fish and salad, and everything else was gone. A meal for two can cost 50 Liras, so that beer price felt unbelievable. We were definitely cheated because we didn’t order food. The staff took fifteen minutes to come after we called repeatedly, and when they did, they were rude. I’d never recommend this place. It felt like they were making money by cheating customers.

The hospitality and ownership were great, and we enjoyed both the accommodation and the food. Getting there is a drawback, though: it’s a distant location and the inland roads are bad. The famous bays have also become prone to tourist pollution. Prices felt a little high, even for above-average white-collar workers like us.
