The owners are so warm and kind that you hardly notice the little gaps, like the lack of eggs, menemen, or omelets at breakfast. Maybe the chickens wandering around aren't laying any 🙂 Breakfast and dinner are excellent, and the place is very clean and hygienic. It's close to Hayıtbükü and Ovabükü beaches, and we enjoyed our holiday here. Still, charging four times the usual price for a holiday period feels excessive. I understand high season costs more than off-season, but that kind of jump is troubling.

We ate really well, at breakfast and dinner, and the chef was great. I'd recommend the fish. The owners were friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the garden was kept up nicely. Mesudiye itself is the drawback for me: getting there means driving a steep, winding road, which feels risky at night, and there's nothing to do in the village after dark. It's a good fit if you want to rest and explore the area in the mornings.

This place is now called Boheme Boutique. We came as a family and really liked the authentic, beautiful rooms and the family feel. It's set among olive, pine, and almond trees in a gorgeous spot, and Hayıtbükü and Ovabükü are both walkable. The staff were very attentive. Hasan Bey, Mehmet Bey, and Ozan Bey helped us a lot, thank you. The food was delicious too, and we were very pleased.

We stayed in a suite, which was nicely decorated and had what we needed. The nearby sea was beautiful, and breakfast was very good. The place is quiet and clean, and the staff are attentive. Mr. Hasan especially seems to handle everything himself. The price can feel high, though I think they delivered. We didn't eat there, so I can't comment on the food.
