The pillows were very limp, and the pillowcases smelled. When we raised complaints or made requests, we were met with rudeness, publicly humiliated, and even accused of humiliating the person we spoke to. We ended up leaving because of the way we were treated, and the vacation we’d paid for no longer felt worth it. I don’t think the owners understand the hospitality or service business.

We’d booked and paid, but were told there were no rooms available. Then the representative on the phone insulted us and hung up. I had planned to stay with my family, and I’m glad we didn’t. I believe the person who insulted us could have harmed my family and me if we’d stayed. Absolutely avoid this place.

I paid the full amount online through Otelz and got an email confirming my reservation. But when I arrived, the hotel said the system was still open even though all the rooms were full, and that I couldn’t stay. They also made ridiculous claims that I’d paid a deposit beforehand and hadn’t contacted them in advance. The Otelz site said I didn’t owe the hotel anything, and I’d already paid in full. I felt scammed and wouldn’t recommend this place.

The garden is beautiful and spacious, and there’s a nice quiet beach nearby. Datça center is around 3 km away, so it’s a good choice if you don’t need to stay in town. The owner is respectful, and I think the price is reasonable. I loved the carefully designed rooms, which were very clean and had almost everything you might need. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
