Hotel Sungur

The room was dusty and dirty, with no rugs or slippers, though the sheets were clean. Breakfast was supposed to be available from 8 to 10, but even though we got there before 10, we were told it had ended. They brought us two boiled eggs :D. The shower door was broken and wouldn't close, and the water was only lukewarm. I got through the night in pretty primitive conditions. There's a stream downstairs where you can wash. The person looking after us was not friendly or considerate, and we were completely unhappy with how we were treated. I only picked this hotel because Demirci didn't seem to have other hotel options. I'd advise paying a little more for somewhere else, or going to Simav for a thermal hotel like Naşa, Eynal, or Çitgöl Hot Springs. Places like this need to improve, and choosing alternatives may encourage them to do so. If businesses keep making money despite low-quality service, more of them may open.

The breakfast had plenty of good quality options, and I was happy with it. I spent three days here for work, and the room, bathroom, and linens were spotless and smelled fresh. You can stay here with peace of mind.

The breakfast was generous, with a good range and unlimited options. We were in town for work and stayed two nights. The family running the place were warm, attentive, and caring, and our rooms were clean and tidy. I'm sure their service will get even better soon. Demirci has become our home.
