We rent apartments like this pretty often when we travel, and this was easily the best flat I've stayed in for a long time. Alkan Suite Apart is in a great spot, with shops nearby, and checking in or out was easy at any hour. The building, flat, and furniture are all new, and the apartment has even the little things guests might need. We asked for an iron and the owners brought one straight over. I'd recommend both the place and its owners any day.

The host was polite and friendly. We arrived in the evening and asked for a late check-in, which was fine. The new, well-equipped apartment had a washing machine, AC, and hair dryer, and it's close to the bus station. We enjoyed staying in Demre, and the main sights are within walking distance.

The owner was friendly, and the apartment was very new and spacious. There's a big bedroom with a large bed, a roomy living area, a large balcony, and all the comforts, including a washing machine. The location worked really well: about ten minutes from St. Patrick Church and the Myra ruins, with restaurants, a supermarket, bars, and the beach nearby. Xantos UNESCO is an easy drive of around an hour.

This family-run place exceeded what we expected for the price. Everything in the newly built property is brand new, and we were treated really well during our stay. It's close to the main tourist spots, shopping, and restaurants. They deserve the five stars.

I had a great stay at Alkan appartment, and the price was really affordable. The bathroom was super clean, the hot water worked fine, and there was a washing machine and everything I needed to cook. The bed was great, there was a TV, and the balcony meant I could smoke outside. No problems at all, and the people are reachable if you need them. If you're walking the likya yolu and want a place to rest, wash clothes, and make food before getting back on the trail, this is a really good option. 9.99/10.
