Yusuf was a wonderful host while we were hiking the Lycian Way, and the clean, comfortable place was just what my husband and I needed to unwind for one night. We loved relaxing on the balcony and taking in the views, and there’s an outdoor kitchen. The hardest part was having to leave so soon. One thing to know: the hotel is on a steep road. We managed the walk up without trouble, but it could be challenging for anyone with limited mobility.

Breakfast was so abundant, with homemade olives, pastries, jams, and marmalades. Mr. Yusuf really does satisfy your eyes first. You can have breakfast in the room or on his terrace. In the evenings, he and his son Umut brought us treats, including fruit one night and sweet desserts another, and I’m grateful as well for the bag of carobs. We stayed four days and had no problems from booking through our final day. Mr. Yusuf and Umut were very hospitable, and the service was superb. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean, as was the outside kitchen, including the table, cupboards, and utensils. The bathroom and toilet were just as clean. I stay in hotels often, and this was the cleanest apartment hotel I’ve ever come across. I’d choose it again.

After the rugged Lycian Way, this place felt like a haven. Yusuf was warm and friendly, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The four of us had dinner and breakfast delivered, then ate on our private balcony. I’d have preferred boneless chicken at dinner, but the chicken was beautifully grilled and the whole meal was delicious.

I’m walking the Lycian Way and needed a ride from Karaoz. Yusuf picked me up, which was easier to arrange and better value than a taxi. The room was the nicest I’ve had on this hike, with a really comfortable bed. Dinner on my private terrace was delicious, and the views were amazing. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
