Ms. Fatma was so kind and friendly, and quick to take care of whatever we needed. Thank you very much. We stayed five days at Villa Umay as a family, and it was a calm, peaceful setting. The villa met all our needs and was very clean, with an authentic holiday feel. I'd recommend it to anyone planning a trip. 🤗🌸

The owner is such a sweet lady 🫶. We booked in December and had a great family stay. The rooms were lovely, fully equipped with kitchenware, and all had air conditioning. We also really liked the pool. It's affordable compared with other holiday spots, and about an eight-minute drive from the center. Sülüklü Beach was a favorite, and the healing sulfurous water is close by too, around 7-8 minutes by car.

We weren't satisfied with our stay. The owners and staff were very aggressive. Our towels weren't changed for three days, the trash wasn't collected, and no liquid soap or tissues were replenished. I'd advise anyone thinking of going to consider it carefully.

Our three days at Umay Villa were a complete fiasco. The owners were unbelievably rude and indifferent, and their response showed a total lack of respect for us as guests. They never changed the towels or sheets or took out the trash. Basic items like soap and shampoo were missing too.

It's a very quiet place, with clean, modern rooms and lovely design. The owners were incredibly hospitable and attentive, especially Fatma, whose friendliness really stood out. We said goodbye hoping to see them next year. Sending our love to Fatma and her esteemed husband.
