Avsa Marina Otel Yarim Pansiyon

We spent four days here as a family, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout. Our rooms were cleaned every day, and the place was spotless. Adile Abla’s cooking was wonderful, both breakfast and dinner were very good, and we felt confident about the food. The service was excellent. A special thank you to Mr. Mesut and Ms. Nur for their kindness and smiles, and to Ms. Yıldız as well. We felt right at home. The hotel is within walking distance of the pier and offers good value for money. It also has an arrangement for pool access, with a children’s pool about a 4-5 minute walk away. If I return to Avşa Island, I’ll definitely stay at Avşa Marina Hotel again.

The staff were kind, and Mr. Mesut returned my deposit, but the rest left me disappointed. I decided not to stay after seeing how dirty the hotel was, the torn sheets, and disconnected electrical outlets that could have shocked me if I’d bumped into them. The rooms also didn’t match the photos they’d sent. I knew there wasn’t a pool on site, but the pictures made it seem much closer than it was. It’s actually a 10-minute walk. They’d advertised a “buffet,” but staff said they brought their own food, which wasn’t what had been promised. The hygiene, service, and honesty all fell short.

Our first trip to Avşa was comfortable and enjoyable thanks to everyone at Marina Hotel. Mesut Bey, the owner, was especially helpful and attentive, and all the staff were friendly and hardworking. Adile Hanım from Hatay made delicious breakfast and dinner. They cleaned our room whenever we asked. We left very satisfied and grateful to the whole team.

Mr. Mesut, the hotel owner, and the staff were all friendly and treated us with respect. Dinner was generous, with soup, a main dish, and either salad or tzatziki, and they even made dessert. Breakfast was just as satisfying, with plenty of choices. Thank you very much! :)
