We'd booked and paid half the price as a deposit. When the pandemic forced us to postpone our event, we called the villa owner and changed the reservation, and everything seemed settled. But a week before the event, Mr. Erol suddenly said we had no reservation and the villa was fully booked for our date. Even after taking our payment, he didn't make the booking secure.
Erol Bey should apologize before asking for payment. We wasted our money, and they haven't done any maintenance, just run it like a business to make money. Erol Bey and his wife brushed off the problems with comments like "it's okay, you're unlucky." The toilet and faucet were broken, the windows were broken and falling apart, and ants covered the whole house. Calling it an ant barn wouldn't be an exaggeration, they called it a villa guesthouse but it was an ant guesthouse. If you want a holiday with ants, it's fantastic 😂. This place doesn't deserve a single star 😡😡😡. We went for a holiday and couldn't have one.
