The hotel was pretty bad. Our room was dirty, there was no blanket on the bed, the shower and kettle both leaked, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. We waited at least 30 minutes to check in even though the booking had already been paid. The service was poor, and the staff didn't speak English. Breakfast was average, with only instant coffee and no regular coffee.

For a three-star hotel on Avşa Island, this is the cleanest facility I've seen. The staff and breakfast were enough to meet your needs if you're looking for a decent place to stay.

We stayed four nights and asked for cleaning once. They left the room sparkling clean. I'm not sure what it's like in peak season, but from the moment we walked into the hotel, it smelled really nice. We were happy with our stay, and the breakfast was very good and filling.

The hotel is very noisy, which I can somewhat put up with, but I can't accept being treated like a second-class customer. During dinner, a tablecloth was put on the table for the mayor and his family, while the tables for everyone else were left bare. I asked several times why, and they looked me in the eye and said it was because the mayor would eat there. For that reason alone, I won't choose this hotel when I visit Avşa again. Think it over carefully, though the choice is yours. I've traveled to many countries as a businessman, and these are my honest impressions. The hotel has friendly staff of Azerbaijani origin, though they aren't professional. The chef and reception staff, on the other hand, are excellent, cheerful, and knowledgeable. The owners seem to lack enough hotel business experience and run this beautiful hotel with a guesthouse mentality.
