We left within five minutes because the restaurant was full of cigarette smoke, and we weren't willing to pay for breakfast while breathing it in. We'd driven more than an hour for local food and fresh air. The terrace has lovely views, but the whole restaurant is a smoking area, with no place for nonsmokers. At reception, the woman told me smoking was allowed because the windows could be opened, though they stay closed in cold weather. Smoking is supposed to be allowed only in open areas, so this is directly against the rules and law. Nonsmokers, families with children, and anyone with an illness should avoid it. The owners could simply provide a separate smoking area, but in my opinion this was a serious oversight and poor planning. Good hotels and restaurants cater to everyone, while here only smokers seem to have been considered. We're very disappointed and won't return.

Getting there is extremely easy, and the houses are both functional and really cozy. I'd give cleanliness a 4, since the dust in the house needs more attention. Even so, everything was wonderful, and the staff were so attentive. They came by at least four times to bring us things we asked for. Thanks for all the sincere help. We've booked again for the end of August. ✅

We arrived during snowy weather and couldn't drive all the way, so the hotel staff came to get us and later took us back in their car. Everyone in the lobby and restaurant was helpful. We enjoyed our meals and delicious refreshments by the fireplace while watching the snow fall. The rooms were tidy and clean, and the view was fantastic. Breakfast and refreshments were wonderful too. My wife and I stayed one night, and we'd like to return with our children as soon as we can. Thanks to all the staff and hotel team for their hard work.

Even in the middle of winter, our house was warm and clean, and the view across the Kümbet plateau was breathtaking. The food was delicious too. I ordered ayran, and it's been a long time since I've had one that good. I stayed there last week and thought it was a magnificent place. Thanks for everything. I'll definitely come again as long as the prices stay affordable for me. 👋🏻
