The rooms were clean and the food was delicious, and staying here was such a peaceful, wonderful experience in one of the best places in the black sea region. I do wish I'd been given a room facing the mountain. I also hope the staff improve how they treat guests, by being friendlier and less aggressive. Even so, I'm looking forward to another stay. Thanks for everything 🙏😇.

We only stopped for tea and a snack, so I can't rate the rooms since we didn't stay, though I'm sure they're great. The hotel itself seemed really nice, in a lovely high mountain location. The old-world rustic setting has modern facilities. It's often right up in the clouds, so you get mist, then a clear view, then mist again as the clouds move past.

We had an authentic Turkish breakfast with delicious treats from the black sea region, and the rooms had great mountain views. In the evening we sat cozily by an open fire, even though it was the middle of a Turkish summer. It's a lovely hotel at Kulakkaya plateau. I'll definitely come back, maybe for a longer stay next time.

Dear manager, I was disappointed by the rude and disrespectful way you and your team treated me during my stay. You spoke rudely in Turkish, apparently thinking we wouldn't understand. Hotel staff should treat every guest with respect, whatever their preferences or background, and that kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. We will never book here again.

The location is the standout, and breakfast was one of the best I've had in Turkey. You can even come just for breakfast. Staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the place feels luxurious overall. They're still building and fixing things around the hotel. Apart from the alcohol drinks, I'd recommend it to anyone.
