Whatever you do, don’t book this hotel! You call to make a reservation and Tatilbudur answers, then keeps insisting you’re speaking to the hotel. I’ve never seen a tour company as awful as Tatilbudur, and they have no solutions for anything. I booked here, but the hotel had separated from the other Asteria properties and was closed this year. Somehow they’re still taking reservations! I’d spoken with Mr. Alaaddin, who said he was the hotel manager, but I can’t reach him now either. I got an early booking, and at this point I can’t book somewhere else because prices have shot up. In short, stay away!

We booked our honeymoon through Tatilbudura and ended up disappointed. How can they take bookings for a hotel that’s closed? Who’s going to cover our losses? We paid an extra cancellation fee, but still can’t cancel. Stay away from this place!

The hotel’s contact details are wrong, and there’s no number to reach the hotel directly. The people who answer say they’re from Asteria Zeus, but bookings go through Tatilbudur, whose after-sales service is a real problem. After cancelling my reservation, I called 15 times trying to get my money back. I couldn’t find anyone to speak to at the company working with the hotel. The person taking hotel bookings didn’t know anything about the property and claimed to be the hotel’s reservation department, even though they weren’t in that city. The booking contract doesn’t say when refunds are due or which court handles a dispute.

I made my reservation on June 20, 2021, and it was cancelled on June 30 because the hotel was supposedly closed. We were then left waiting at the hotel entrance and sent away. We’d paid in advance but got none of the service, and still can’t find anyone to contact about getting our money back. Let’s see how many hoops they make us jump through to recover the advance payment.
