The location is good and there's a parking lot, though sadly it wasn't very clean. The workers were helpful and nice.

The tea was the standout for me, honestly some of the best I've had, and the hotel's central location meant we could walk pretty much everywhere. But this was my first and last stay at a place with a folk song bar. We booked four nights, and would've left after the first if our friends hadn't been joining us. For the first two days, the music played in the garden downstairs from 8 in the morning until midnight. We came to a boutique hotel to relax and instead had to listen to it blaring. The hotel, towels and sheets were generally clean, but a constant toilet smell spread through the room. Breakfast was so poor nobody ate it, and it was left for the cats and dogs in the garden. Better to offer just the room than serve breakfast like that. Next door is a Diyarbakır liver restaurant. We asked specifically whether the liver was lamb, were told yes, then got veal liver as though we wouldn't notice. That's no way for a business to treat customers. Akbük is small, with only a handful of places anyway.
