The room had no towels when we asked, and they still hadn’t arrived when I checked again that night. The toilet kept blocking, too. I found the staff’s constant staring by the pool uncomfortable, and the manager was rude while the desk attendant was unfriendly. We arrived at 10 a.m. for a 10:30 check-in but were made to wait until 1 p.m.; they kept saying the system was wrong, even though we’d booked our flight around the stated check-in time. They also let our friend visit for two days without mentioning any guest fee, then started demanding payment. One day the girl at reception said it was 300 TL, but the next day the manager said 400 TL. When I pointed out what we’d been told, he looked at her and then asked us for 300 TL. It felt like he’d tried to get an extra 100 TL for himself. Honestly, the worst place ever. I don’t recommend it. There are nicer hotels nearby, so think twice before booking, and have a nice holiday.

By morning, we just wanted to leave. We arrived close to midnight with two children and only noticed after settling in that the room hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. There were long strands of women’s hair on the blanket, no toilet paper or soap, and a half-used shampoo bottle left behind. We had to go downstairs to get basic supplies. The air conditioning didn’t work, so they gave us a small heater. We’d booked breakfast, but in the morning there was none, and nobody was there to hand over the keys. Pay money to be humiliated, that’s what this hotel feels like.

We booked at the last minute for three families without knowing anything about the place, and came away very pleased. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was tasty and enough for us. It’s a family-run business, and I’d choose it again for short stays. We thought it was great value for the price. Thanks so much for taking care of us.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with a delicious buffet and lots of choice. The hotel is also an easy walk from the sea, and our room was spacious and very clean. The staff were attentive and friendly. A great place to stay when visiting Didim.
