My cousin and I came from the Netherlands for a football match last Sunday. The hotel was clean and nice, and the staff were kind and ready to answer questions or help us around the city. Cihan at reception was especially friendly. If I visit Amed again, I'd come back here without hesitation.

The staff made the stay, with a warm, professional manner and real attention to what guests needed. The rooms were spotless, nicely decorated, and comfortable for relaxing. The whole property feels elegant and carefully looked after. A remarkable place to stay.

After a long trip through the mountains, we spent three nights here resting. The hotel is modern and well maintained, and the staff were extremely helpful. Western travelers should find it up to their standards. We got much better restaurant suggestions by asking the front desk for their local favorites than we found through internet ratings, so I'd recommend doing that.

The staff were amazing and impressively useful, and there was plenty of parking at any time of day. Rooms are big and luxurious.
