Lobo Rezidans

Perfect location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The rooms were spacious, but hygiene wasn't very good, and there was no hot water, so we couldn't shower. We booked thinking it was a residence, but it absolutely wasn't. On arrival we learned there was no breakfast and no elevator, despite the huge "residence" sign. I tried the fire escape: one floor was welded shut and wouldn't open. On the next floor I stretched my legs out and found a door with no stairs behind it. That area felt very unsafe, like children could fall from there. We can't understand how it was licensed and opened for use that way. The fire escape was being renovated, and there were metal bars in the corridors, which we moved aside ourselves. At night we heard metal noises, maybe someone dropped them or tripped over them. In short, don't choose this hotel.

We paid more than this place was worth. It calls itself a residence, but it felt nothing like one. The service was basically absent, and the bed had hair and cigarette ends on it. The linens hadn't been changed and smelled awful.

I was exhausted by that hour, so I ended up renting the room despite how dirty it was. The price felt steep for a place in this condition. For comparison, I once paid 2500₺ a night for a 4-star hotel in Ankara, breakfast included.
