We were visiting with a tour from adana, and I absolutely loved the place. The hotel was clean throughout, and our rooms were immaculate. Everyone on staff was so warm and welcoming. Having a shopping mall nearby was a big plus, and the food was really tasty too.

It feels like home, with friendly staff and a location that makes getting around easy. The shopping mall is right next door, so shopping is convenient. You can stay here with peace of mind.

We really enjoyed staying here. There's a shopping mall beside the hotel and places to eat nearby, and most of the service staff were very friendly. Some people at the front desk were awkward because they didn't speak English, though the friendlier ones did. Breakfast was well catered for, and staff kindly kept our luggage while we sorted out car trouble. Thanks. There were a few minor issues that I'm sure they'll address.

The pool was good enough, and the night staff treated me well and were very helpful, especially Onur Bey. The morning shift wasn't as helpful, and breakfast wasn't included. After checkout, I had a problem, but operations manager Mr. Mehmet DEMIR called me today, explained what had happened, and apologized on behalf of his team. I really appreciate his attention and cooperation. His professional response changed my unfavorable opinion of Novotel Diyarbakir, and I'll definitely stay here again to visit this team. Worst Novotel experience I've had. The room was dirty, with stains all over the walls, the remote control was missing, and the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned.
