The place is elegant and clean, and the staff are very friendly with excellent service. My shower leaked, and a few bathroom things seemed prettier than they were practical. The breakfast was amazing and generous, though it didn't have orange or other fruit juice.

Be careful, this felt very dangerous. I arrived at night and didn't realize some rooms have no balcony, just a door opening straight to the air. When I opened it expecting to step onto a balcony, I was shocked to find there wasn't one. I was lucky not to fall from the fifth floor onto the street.

I've been to Turkey four times and stayed at this hotel in Diyarbekir twice. The bed sheets were clean, breakfast was good, and service was full, with free WIFI. Everything was great apart from the crowded, hidden location. Thank you, ASURIS.
