The location is great, but the room was filthy and nearly everything needed cleaning, maintenance, or major repairs, from the toilet and shower to the walls. Service was very poor, and nobody spoke English. They acted like they didn’t understand us, then used Google Translate to say they were sorry but couldn’t do anything. This doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel.

A lovely, modern place, very clean and just a few minutes’ walk from the city attractions. It’s central and good value for money. I’d happily recommend staying here.

We brought a group of 20 on a GAP tour, and everyone was very happy with the hotel. The meals were a highlight, with a generous range at breakfast and an exceptionally tasty dinner. Being centrally located was a big plus as well. We’d be glad to work with Demir Hotel again on our next GAP tour.

The room was nicely decorated, the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was good too. There’s no parking lot, though. A polite staff member took my car keys and found a space for the car on a busy street.

We had room service and everything we ordered tasted good. The room was roomy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It’s easy to walk to the city’s main sights from this location. I’d stay again.
