The Berussa Hotel

We were refused a refund, even though the night was full of problems. We'd agreed on a price over the phone, but at check-in the receptionist said that wasn't their price. That's no way to speak to a customer. We arrived late after a long journey and stayed for one night. The dirty blankets and toilets were the worst part, and the toilets weren't clean. We changed rooms three times because each had a different issue. The floors were sticky, every bed had hair and didn't feel clean enough, and every towel smelled of clorox. I'm not commenting on the level of luxury since that depends on what you pay.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpful despite the language barrier. The hotel is in a fairly quiet area, with rooms that are a decent size and well maintained. I paid more for the executive suite than I think it was worth.

Mecid, the manager, was so bad at service and communication. If you want a bad mood, a bad day, or a bad conversation, go talk to him. Welcome!

The parking was available, and the staff were nice and welcoming. My room was clean and pleasant, with a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast didn't offer much choice, I guess because there weren't many guests. The price was very high.
