Wifi kept requiring another login every 15 minutes, which badly disrupted my Zoom meeting. The hotel was also dim, and the corridor light sensors didn't respond. The chief chef, Mamut, and front desk manager, Rain, were the exceptions: both showed empathy and tried to make my stay better. Overall, this isn't even a 3-star hotel. Noise was a major problem in this old-town location, since the soundproofing wasn't enough. Front-facing rooms got traffic and pedestrian noise until after midnight, while rooms at the back had loud music from a nearby bar. The central temperature control was a big issue during seasonal changes. The rooms got overheated, and opening a window to cool them let the noise in. The hotel wouldn't provide an electric fan. None of the staff spoke Turkish, and most were impatient. Around 6 p.m., a young man and young lady at the front desk were unhelpful and obviously impatient whenever I approached them.

The windows were a bit broken and didn't shut or seal all the way. The room was relatively spacious and had good amenities, and breakfast was good. Cleanliness was okay, though not amazing. Bathroom quality was questionable, as it often is. All in all, it was okay.

The reception team were the only kind and helpful people. The restaurant staff were rude and never helpful, and breakfast was very limited and not fresh. The air conditioning was useless, and every room smelled like an ashtray. The hotel itself is very old, with old furniture, and the bathroom was terrible. Water pressure swung between too low and too high, making my head burn. Don't trust the four-star sign. The name is fake too: if you go to the official The Green Park hotel, they don't show this place under the same brand. A waste of money and a big disappointment.

I can't believe people rate this place four or five stars. The bathrooms had feces stains, and the rooms smelled like feces too. It was so dirty, with hair everywhere, and loud party music made it impossible to fall asleep. Food was below average. The receptionist girls were rude and unmannered and didn't respond to customer requests. The worst hotel I've ever been to. I'm never going back.

The hotel is nice, with clean, spacious rooms, and it's right in the city centre near interesting places and historic sites. Reception staff were very friendly. Sofia helped me and did an excellent job, very professional and polite. 🥰
