Everything feels thoughtfully cared for, right down to the glasses, tablecloths, stones, and soil. It’s quiet and peaceful among nature, and the cleanliness is impressive for a place in that setting. Sema Hanım deserves many thanks for all she’s done. It’s wonderful to have a place like this 🧡🧡

For our two-day Çanakkale trip, this is somewhere I’d happily choose again. The historical feel, mountain views, lovely rooms, and location all stood out. Breakfast was filling and as good as promised, and the homey atmosphere suits families with kids like ours. Thanks for looking after us.

A pleasant garden, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and a quiet village made for a great stay. The beach areas are about a 20-minute drive away. We especially appreciated the owners, Sema Hanım and Murat Bey, who were welcoming and did their best to make us comfortable. Their hospitality is likely to bring us back many times. The hotel is spotless and peaceful, with a real at-home feel. Don’t be put off by the word “guesthouse”; it’s a high-quality boutique hotel. We slept better on the Yatsan beds than in many top-tier hotels. In our view, it’s the best in Kocadere village and the Eceabat region, and it has become our only choice around Çanakkale Eceabat. Breakfast had everything we wanted, and dinner is available on request at very reasonable prices. The food gets a 10/10 from us. Thank you for everything!

We were glad we gave this small family-run place a chance after finding it on Google with low expectations. It’s in Karadere, a small village in the Eceabat province, and has four rooms. Warm and tastefully decorated, it was in its first season, so everything was new and spotless. Sema and her husband gave us a lovely welcome and were very attentive. Breakfast was generous, high-quality, and served with care. It’s peaceful, with birdsong in the morning. The stay exceeded our expectations, and we left happy, already hoping to return soon.
