Nebahat made check-in easy and gave us all the information we needed. She was very helpful, polite, and speaks Bulgarian. The hotel is handy for Erasta Mall, about 10 minutes away by taxi, which costs around 100-130 lira. Our room was on the small side, but warm and clean. Parking out front and underground was a real plus.

Nebahat at reception was so kind and helpful, thank you! We had a cosy night. Traffic made the morning a little noisy, so next time I'd ask for a room facing the back of the hotel.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and breakfast generous, though the breakfast room was very cold. Sleep was difficult, though. The hotel sits by a main road and train station, and the rooms don't block much sound. Noise carries between rooms too, even ordinary conversation through the thin walls. At 2 AM the guest next door kept talking. He wasn't especially loud, and I appreciated the front office taking my complaint seriously and speaking to him, but the building makes every sound noticeable. If noise easily wakes you, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Mr. Selcan Emine was especially polite, and all the staff were lovely. The location is quite good, and the rooms were clean. A very nice hotel, we'd recommend it.

Mr. Sergen made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived and helped us with everything. We were comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms and hotel were very clean, and the food was delicious, fresh, and carefully prepared from breakfast through dinner. We'd love to come back. Thank you!
