The rooms are the main drawback: they're very narrow, with no ventilation, fans, or air conditioning, so the apartment feels stuffy. The stairs are also tiring and difficult, especially for older people. On the plus side, the hotel is well located, close to everything and about five minutes by car from the lake, with a garden beside it. The staff were helpful, and I think one of them was a Syrian Arab who was particularly helpful to us.

It's a peaceful, clean place, with a restaurant and grocery store nearby and the lake no more than 10 minutes away. The apartment is fully equipped, including a washing machine, iron, and complete kitchen. Thanks to the reception staff for making the booking and arrangements easy and for being so responsive and helpful throughout.

We were very grateful for the excellent service from the resident family, especially the young man Abdul Qadir and his mother Nitya, who supervised things. We highly recommend them.
