The location is the one advantage. The place itself was very dirty, with no clean sheets or towels and no ventilation. Water was coming up through the wooden floor in several places. The price is high for such poor condition, and the posted photos are misleading. The parking area is tiny and fits at most two cars.

The rooms don't look like they do in the photos, and the hotel lacks cleanliness and services. Its location is very bad.

We were there for four days, and the stay was generally good. What stood out was the Arab receptionist, whose name we unfortunately didn't get. He was extremely polite, respectful, and trustworthy. When we lost a bag, he found it and kept it safe until we got it back. He has our thanks and prayers.

The apartments were quiet and incredibly clean and tidy, on a level comparable to five-star hotels. The staff were professional, kind, and helpful, and deserve our thanks. Mr. Salman especially was attentive and cooperative, may God reward him. We had an excellent experience and I highly recommend staying here.

The place is really special, and its location means you don't need to move your car. The service is good too. The one issue was that I was charged for a private parking space after being told it was included, even though it wasn't theirs.
