Very Good Featured review

6/10
The location is hard to beat, with a private parking area, helpful and pleasant staff, and the kids' play area and several good restaurants just a minute away. Our suite was a good size and well equipped, with three sofa beds in the living room, two singles and one double, plus a spacious balcony. There was a bathroom leak, and soundproofing was almost nonexistent, which is common in Uzungol. Otherwise, everything was okay.

The lake is only a one-minute walk away, and the beds were good, but the place doesn't look like it did in the photos from reviews three years ago. The bathrooms were dirty, small, broken, and leaking. I also remembered the microwave was broken and didn't work.

The place itself is decent and well maintained, but I had a terrible experience with the receptionist, Kareem, I believe. He spoke as if dealing with guests was a burden, never smiled, and I even saw him shouting at an elderly woman. I wouldn't trust or choose to deal with him. There are plenty of other places around, so I'd avoid this one.

Nice, but there is no air conditioning.

Very clean, and I recommend it for large groups.
