The hotel is right by the beach, and the location is fantastic. It was clean, and whenever we needed something, they helped promptly. The young woman at reception and the owner were especially attentive and dedicated. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

They draw people in with promises of marriage and try to sell products. Is that really normal business practice? Looking at the reviews, I also see employees and senior managers listed by their names as reviewers, as if they were writing about their own workplace after being customers. Somehow they have five stars. What kind of business is this?

They got my contact details at a shopping mall by saying there was a raffle. Later, they said it was a promotional meal at a hotel, then a free stay. At this Altınoluk location, it turned into a whole performance over a mediocre meal. Young men and women came to our table with the same story, saying they were interns and that good scores would get them sent abroad, then tried to sell timeshares. This had nothing to do with promoting a hotel. It was something else entirely. They claimed we could buy five years of holidays, one week each year, for 280,000 TL. Their persistent pressure and amateur sales tactics wasted our whole day. We did not buy anything. There’s plenty more I could say, but I’ll leave it there. They’ll have to try harder to deceive us.

Please don’t go, even if you’ve read the reviews. We went anyway, and the rooms smelled like sewage. We couldn’t sleep because we were constantly chasing mosquitoes. They sold us a timeshare as an investment, saying we could buy it now and sell it at a high price the following year. We believed them and bought it. They didn’t keep their word and put us off all summer with “today or tomorrow.” When we tried to cancel, they said they wouldn’t return our money. We’re in court now. May our rights be cursed. They’re complete scammers, and the owner is involved too.
