I camped here for three nights, and the overall experience was poor, 2.35/5. The open-air site under the trees is attractive, and I rated the location 4.2/5. Food and drinks were 3/5, with barbecue and vegan choices at this family-run place. Upkeep was 3.3/5; the buildings are fairly new, though some areas need maintenance. The main problems were cleanliness, service, connectivity, air and noise. My room was dirty, full of cobwebs and bugs, so cleanliness gets 2/5. There weren't enough staff for the facility, and requests often went nowhere after someone said "ok"; I rated staff 2.3/5. Internet was 1/5: there was no internet and no mobile signal either. I smelled exhaust from the generator for almost the whole stay. I think the site may not be connected to the power grid, leaving the generator as the only option, and it ran for only a few hours less than our stay. Air quality was 1.5/5, and the engine noise made the place loud for nearly the whole time, also 1.5/5. There was no clean air or quiet. The staff did smile, which was the best part.

The staff's warm, professional manner made us feel special, and the hotel's cleanliness, comfort, and service all exceeded what we expected. My friends and I had a wonderful holiday amid the remarkable nature of the Kaz Mountains. The atmosphere was peaceful and close to nature, with care put into every detail. One of the area's best stays, in our view. We give it full marks and definitely recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The village road on the way from the main road is stony, but my small car made it through comfortably. We stayed in bungalows and rested wonderfully in the fresh, clean air of the Kaz Mountains. This campsite feels carefully made, with Mr. Mesut's love of nature showing in the details. It sits harmoniously among the plants, preserving the local flora and avoiding harm to plants and other living creatures.

We brought a team of 30 for a weekend event. The rooms were clean, with excellent pillows and duvets, and the shower had great hot water. The staff treated us respectfully. It's quiet and peaceful, well away from city bustle. If you like birdsong and the calm sound of a flowing stream, make time to visit.
