Selenya Apart Hotel

The location is central, but the noise from motor traffic was constant, so this isn't a good choice if you want peace and quiet. We found the rooms clean, but the layout felt gloomy. The service was practically nonexistent, and we never saw a welcoming face or anyone at reception. We wouldn't choose this hotel again. The supposed double bed was just two singles pushed together, leaving us sliding into the gap and waking with stiff backs. The shower head was broken and hard to get under, and there was no hot water in the mornings, which is especially difficult with children. The kitchen had very little equipment, not even dish soap. In the bathroom, there were just two bars of hand soap, with no hairdryer, shampoo or shower gel. Don't expect a TV. They provide a room and bed, and that's about it.

We stayed in this apartment from September 7th to September 11th and had trouble from the start. We arrived early and were told the room needed cleaning, but had to wait until 3 pm. When they finally showed us the room, it was filthy. We complained to the man at reception. He said, “Oh really? I'll make you wait a little longer,” and after almost another hour gave us a different room. The sofas there were so disgusting we had to put our own towels on them. There was no soap, just one frying pan and an electric stove that barely heated. For an apartment, the kitchen was shockingly bare, with only two forks and three plates. On our departure day, we were going to Sedir Island and checked out at 8 pm. We took our belongings, but left perishable items in the cupboard and contacted them so no one else would have the same problem. When I returned to get my things and change out of my swimsuit into a dress, the room was just as we'd left it and the cleaner had only just started. I was naked at the bathroom door when a man named Ulaş burst in and kept ordering me out. I told him I was naked and asked how he could come in like that, but he continued arguing and saying I couldn't get dressed and had to leave. I didn't even have underwear on. I covered myself with my hands and said I'd call the police if he didn't let me get dressed. He still kept talking. I got dressed quickly and went outside. He was sitting with four men drinking beer. I asked if he was going to make me leave naked. This place should be inspected. Anyone who cares about themselves and their family shouldn't go there. We booked through ETS with their guarantee, and under normal circumstances I wouldn't have gone near this place. They ruined my holiday.

We felt right at home and were very happy with our three nights and four days there. Everyone we met was friendly, and Ms. Gizem at reception was especially sweet, saying she could help with anything. It's a real family apartment. Maybe because we're not used to so many friendly people, we didn't even notice any small flaws. The location was great, within walking distance of Marmaris public beach, Blue Port shopping mall, shops and markets. There's a chain supermarket right below. Even with the beach and market nearby, it was quiet and peaceful. The bathroom, toilet, kitchen and bedroom were all clean, and there were enough cooking supplies. The pool looked nice, though we didn't use it. Thank you so much! ❤️❤️🌸🌸

The service was really careless. The lobby had such a bad smell that I felt nauseous every time I went in or out. In the room there was only a tiny bar of hand soap, with no dish for it. The shower door wouldn't shut and water leaked out, so showering comfortably was impossible. The balcony door wouldn't close properly either. There were pots and pans but no sponge or detergent for washing dishes. They hadn't left us any blankets, though they brought some later. The sofas were filthy, with cigarette burns. I wouldn't even put dirty clothes on them.
