Gure Gokyuzu Butik Otel

We had a great time here. The location and food were both great, and the whole experience was lovely.

The rooms felt peaceful and cozy. The view was excellent, and the restaurant was very good with delicious food.

The biggest issue was being charged for a seventh night after we had agreed on six. I objected, but they took the money anyway and only apologized after my friend brought it up. I still want to know what happened to the payment for that last night, since I didn't stay it. During my week there, nobody cleaned the room or checked if I needed anything. The toilet light burned out and stayed that way for three days. They said they had come by while I was out, but couldn't fix it because I wasn't there. They could have tried while I was in the room. I run a business too, and treating customers this way feels like caring more about money than people. My name is here if you want to get in touch and talk it through. Thanks to the woman who made breakfast, though.

Breakfast was far plainer than I expected. I understand not wanting to waste food, but I wouldn't call it a spread. The room itself had a lot of problems too, and since we were there in winter, it seemed like one staff member was trying to manage everything. The bathroom smelled awful and didn't look clean, so after the first night without hot water we didn't check it again the next night. The old furnishings and air conditioning that broke down 2-3 times meant we had to call someone to repair it. We also asked twice for the baby cot to be put in while we were out, once when we called from the road and again before dinner. We were told it would be done, but it was forgotten, so we had to call someone while we were in the room. The cot was old and one side wouldn't attach securely. We ended up having our child sleep on the sofa.
