Lambada Hotel Altinoluk

The bathroom smelled damp, and our room felt like a later conversion. The whole facility was under construction during our one-night stay, arranged through a tour company, and we left dissatisfied. There was no drinking water or kettle in the room. Dinner from the buffet wasn't tasty, while breakfast was a little better. There were no nearby shops or places to spend time. I can't recommend it.

The hotel was a lovely part of our five-day trip in July 2025. My wife and I booked Lambada Hotel online while we were already on the road, choosing it just for the location and photos. We hadn't read the reviews, and after seeing some of the negative ones later, I'm glad we hadn't let them put us off. We booked through a tour company and ran into a problem with them, but the hotel management sorted it out directly with the company and compensated us. They didn't leave us to deal with it alone, and that saved our holiday from getting off to a bad start. The team were welcoming and attentive, and the food was incredibly good. My wife is picky and doesn't like everything, but she said most five-star hotels don't serve food this tasty. I loved it too. We had no room issues apart from the hot water, which sometimes ran slowly or not at all. Maybe that depended on how many people were using it at the time, since the system runs on solar energy. After dinner we walked around the hotel. The area is all gated communities, with nothing that disturbed us. Olive trees line the road, and the quiet surroundings were lovely. The sea is nearby, though we didn't swim there. We explored the area from Akçay to Cunda and swam somewhere different each day. It was a very beautiful holiday. Thanks to the owner, the staff and the whole LAMBADA Hotel team for all your hard work. We can recommend the hotel. The food was delicious, especially the open buffet, which had something for every taste. There was music by the pool and a fun atmosphere, with activities now and then that made the stay enjoyable. The team made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived and patiently answered all our questions while showing us around. They were just as helpful on the phone before our visit, explaining everything so we arrived without unanswered questions. They were flexible about breakfast and dinner times, which felt very guest focused. The pool usually closes at 7:00, but they kindly let us stay until 8:00. Thanks to everyone at Lambada Hotel for a comfortable, lovely holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Our group came from Antalya: 44 fourth-grade students and their parents. From the start, we were pleased with the welcome and the care we received. Even our last-minute requests were handled right away, so we felt at ease. They quickly set up an area where the children could have fun. We didn't run into any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. On behalf of our class, thank you again to Osman Bey for all his help and attention.
