We had a great time at the pool.

We stayed from August 22, 2025, through August 29, 2025. We chose a longer stay because we trusted the 4-star rating and love the sea, but we regretted it. The seafront setting and spacious rooms were nice, though. For the first two days we were in rooms 104 and 305. The manager, Coşkun, and the staff did their best, and I have no complaint about them. Sibel came to speak with me, and we got along well, but nothing changed. The owner is another matter. It feels like the hotel relies on being right by the sea. Hygiene was awful, 0.00. We found hair on food plates several times and couldn’t stomach eating there, so we went out most evenings. Breakfast wasn’t like a home breakfast at all. After I complained, I got pişi (Turkish pizza) and pastries made for the kids. There were milk cartons and cereal for them, while the fruit was mostly watermelon and melon. The room sockets and shower handles were broken, and the bathroom cupboards were swollen and neglected. Water was rationed by the glass, and sometimes they said there was none. The toilets smelled constantly. There was no attendant to handle cleaning or missing items, and the tea, coffee, and cold drink machines were filthy, so we used our own glasses or paper cups. The soap and shower gel had no scent; I was glad I’d brought shampoo. I heard many families saying, in effect, that they wanted to enjoy their holiday and not let their wife and kids down. It’s careless, and nothing gets done unless guests make a fuss. I can’t understand how this got 4 stars, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Most guests seemed to be families with children, and the average age looked around 40 to 55. There’s nothing to do. The snack they claim to offer from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM is three kinds of awful, salty or sweet cookies and plain, tasteless cake, guaranteed to give you heartburn. The rooms don’t have liquid soap, the bed bases are made from different mattresses, and I wasn’t convinced they were clean. I attached a photo. If you come, keep your expectations very low. If all you want is for your child to swim while you sunbathe, then it may be fine, but I doubt you’ll want to stay longer than three days. The food is basic. Breakfast is buffet style, but there’s less variety than you’d have at home. I’m pretty sure the watermelon and spelt at dinner were leftovers from the day before, but how could I prove that? The menu is mostly the same, around 80 percent, with only tiny differences that are hard to notice. I wouldn’t recommend it. Spend 3-5 bucks and stay somewhere else. The minibus costs 30 TL, and you can get off at the bus station, the last stop.
