Kroisos Lake Resport by Vima

Breakfast was so generous that we couldn’t finish it, and the prices were really fair. The hotel is new, with super clean rooms. The location and view were breathtaking, and the owner was unbelievably warm and welcoming.

The location and Egirdir are nice, and Onur bey was attentive. But the hotel was very dirty. The pillows smelled of sweat, and the towels didn’t smell clean either. Smoking is allowed indoors, and smoke from the first floor filled the whole building. We were told breakfast was included, but waited until about 8:15 and nothing was served. We were given a lake-view room right above the restaurant, where loud music played until at least 1:30 am. The rooms don’t have AC, so we couldn’t close the windows. Despite the low rating, I wanted to give the hotel a chance, but I regretted it.

We didn’t get to stay at the hotel. We called twice and spoke in Turkish, but both times they said, “No English,” then hung up. Extremely rude staff.

At 12:05, someone knocked on my door and told me I had to check out. I’ve traveled all over the world, and no one has ever knocked on my door to tell me to check out, especially just five minutes after checkout time.
