Ciddeoglu Otel

The central location was a big plus during our four-night family stay for an engagement party, and the rooms worked well for us. The reception staff were friendly, and the whole team helped us from check-in through checkout. Many thanks to them.

For a one-night stop, this hotel was acceptable and offered good value for the money. The staff were friendly, too. The room could be tricky for someone tall, which is why I took off a star. If I make the same trip again, I’d stay here again.

The staff were welcoming and helpful right from arrival, and their friendly manner made me feel valued. The price seemed fair for the service. My room felt warm and comfortable, with simple, elegant decor and furniture that seemed new. The beds were comfortable and the linens spotless, a nice place to unwind after a long journey. Cleanliness was especially important to me, and both the bathroom and toilet were immaculate. Housekeeping kept the rooms and shared spaces spotless, the shower area was roomy, and hot water was readily available.

No breakfast, and no friendliness or effort to keep customers satisfied. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
