A good family-friendly place, with really friendly staff. Breakfast and cleanliness were excellent, and the price felt very fair.

I was happy with my stay. The hotel is central, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The minibar worked and there was no issue with hot water. Staff were friendly and respectful, and the breakfast buffet had enough choice for me. It felt worth the price.

The location is quite good, and the price for what you get is reasonable. Breakfast is a weak point, and there’s no ramp. For a one-night stay, it could work if the teachers' guesthouse has no availability.

Breakfast was fresh with plenty of variety, though there wasn’t any fried food. That was fine by us, especially for the price. We were with the #vanpedalşör cycling group on our second trip around Lake Van and stayed one night. The hotel is right in the center of Erciş. Staff were attentive, the bathroom was roomy and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Our room also had a wardrobe and TV, plus a kettle with tea, water, and sugar.

The other branch won’t let unmarried couples stay, which is ridiculous. They need to change that attitude. Here, the bathrooms were unhygienic and breakfast was thrown together. I’d avoid this hotel.
