Spending time beside the fireplace listening to Hüseyin, the gardener, talk about the hotel's history made our visit memorable. The restaurant could be a little better, though it's still very good by regional standards and more than adequate for a pleasant stay. The hotel has been thoughtfully renovated, with modern and comfortable facilities that retain its character. The rooms and shared areas are carefully designed and very well maintained. For Erdek, this is probably the best place to stay if you're after comfort, quiet, and character. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful short break with our baby, grandparents, and brothers, and everyone found something to enjoy. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and they welcomed and looked after our baby so well. We'd definitely return! ❤️❤️ The room was spacious, the facilities were clean, and the food was really tasty. We also loved their garden with flowers, olives, and vegetables.

The location worked really well for us: close to the city center for shopping and sightseeing, but quiet enough to relax. The hotel also arranged excursions and activities, which made planning our days easy. The pool area was clean and well kept, with loungers and umbrellas, and there was a poolside bar serving cocktails and snacks. We also tried the peaceful, luxurious spa, and I had one of the best massages I've had in years. The staff stood out throughout the stay. From reception and housekeeping to the restaurant team, everyone was professional, kind, and clearly cared about the service. They remembered our names and made us feel welcome. Check-in was quick, and the team explained the amenities and activities when we arrived. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, and spotless. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were high quality, and we slept well every night. We especially enjoyed the private balcony and its lovely landscape views, perfect for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. We enjoyed every meal. Breakfast had lots of fresh choices for different tastes and dietary needs, and the restaurant meals were a treat. The staff knew the menu and were happy to recommend dishes, and the service was friendly and attentive without getting in the way. The complex exceeded what we expected, and it was clear management works hard to keep standards high. I'd recommend it for a romantic break, a family holiday, or time away on your own. We'll definitely be back.
