Check your bill carefully before leaving. We were charged far too much, even though they had already taken the full accommodation payment when we checked in, and then asked for more at checkout. The towels were so rough they irritated my skin, too. The place advertised on the road to Sedir Island seems quite different from what's actually there. They promote it as a breakfast spot, but the breakfast put us off.

The pool was nice, and being in Çamlı was convenient, with cafes and restaurants nearby. We stayed 3-4 days in July 2018. Breakfast was included, but the rooms were small and average. There was no fridge, which made it hard to keep anything cold if you bought it outside, so even a little one would be essential. The rooms weren't cleaned every day, and the showers were small. There were so many mosquitoes at dinner that we had to leave our meal unfinished. Still, we'll come again :) Ertuğrul Kahraman, Istanbul

If you don't enjoy nature, this probably isn't the place for you. The garden and pool are wonderful, especially the beautiful trees planted by our teacher and her late husband. The retired teacher who owns the hotel is incredibly kind, friendly, thoughtful and attentive. I wish we'd had more time to talk with her. Our colleague Selim was just as polite and caring. Breakfast was very good and filling, and the rooms were spotless. This is a lovely guesthouse/hotel that I can wholeheartedly recommend. We hope to see you again next year.

The place has a calm, decent feel and great energy. It's not really suited to noisy young people or a bar crowd, but you feel at home here and can come without hesitation. The trees are huge, growing thickly enough to reach over the pool, and crickets sing day and night. We later found out that retired teacher Demet Hanım and her late husband planted many of them, and stood up to locals who cut living trees or set traps for squirrels. We're glad our money went to them. Breakfast was good, and tea comes in a teapot. Selim works there as if it were his own business, very attentive and polite. Say hello if you go.
