Samir deserves a special thank you. He was kind, attentive, and so helpful throughout my stay, going above and beyond to make everything comfortable and enjoyable. His positive attitude really made a difference, and it's rare to meet someone so dedicated to good customer service. The staff in general were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend the hotel, and look forward to coming back.

I’m a Polish guy living in the UK, and this was my first trip to Turkey. I fell in love with the country and plan to come back in three months. If you mainly use your hotel as a place to sleep and spend most of the day out, this one is a great choice: affordable, with friendly people and great service. All the best to everyone.

The sea view is amazing, and the room service was really good too. Thanks to Nurilla and Serpil! Breakfast was fine, and the hotel itself is very nice for the price.

We booked two reservations online and were told we’d be moved to their sister hotel while this one was being renovated. I tried to check the room details and what was included before traveling, but communication was a mess. On calls, the person never seemed ready to help, spoke muffled English, and was hard to understand. Staff kept directing me to WhatsApp, but the replies didn’t answer my questions properly, and it seemed like no one understood English there either. I personally wouldn’t recommend booking online if you need to confirm details before your trip. Thanks.
