At least the hotel is close to the tram station, shops, and restaurants. We only stayed one night, thankfully, and I wouldn’t recommend the place. The rooms are tiny, the walls are paper-thin, and we could hear everything next door. Loud talking and laughing woke us at 2:30 a.m. and went on for over an hour. You can even hear toilets flushing nearby. The TV didn’t work well and the WiFi was weak. The bathroom was dirty, especially around the shower, which had mold and limescale. Everything looked old and poorly kept, including the dirty walls and doors. A light switch was hanging off the wall and some lights had no bulbs. There’s no secure parking, so you have to leave your car on the street outside.

The neighborhood felt horrible and possibly dangerous, especially if you aren’t used to driving in Turkey. There’s no real parking lot, and with no outside cameras your car isn’t secure. Inside, the place was disgusting. There was hair on the bed and the toilets and bathroom were a nightmare. It looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in months; the walls, mattress, and even the lift were filthy. We called to ask whether it was sanitary, and they lied about how clean it was. Don’t go there.

The room condition was very poor and there was a bad smell. Doors and the washroom were broken, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. The bed sheets and pillows were dirty, stained, and had hair left by previous guests. The price was twice what different sites had shown. I strongly recommend avoiding this place, especially for anyone traveling with family and children.

We left after just one night, even though we'd booked three. The room was so unpleasant that we couldn't use it: it was tiny, the old toilet was even smaller, and there was a terrible smell. We could hear flushing and other sounds from nearby rooms, and found bugs in both the bed and the toilet. When we asked to move, we were told every room was the same. Easily the worst hotel stay I've had.

The room was so cramped I couldn't even open my large suitcase, and the bathroom was filthy, as if someone had only given it a quick wipe. The humidity was so bad we had to keep the windows open, and I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have asthma or similar issues. There was no phone to reach reception, and the small fridge was off and had no water in it. They also tried to charge us for two rooms, saying both payments had to go through. When I asked for receipts, the story changed to a possible issue with the booking company's website and a system refresh. You could spend a little more and find somewhere better nearby.
