Tas Konak Butik Otel

The garden is nicely laid out, with a fountain, wooden furniture, and a barbecue. The house is a short walk from the beaches, about 5-10 minutes, and free parking is available on the city streets in front. Inside, it mixes modern and old furnishings in a new house with an Ottoman style. There are a few apartments, each for up to 2-3 guests.

Good value, with a friendly host and good WiFi. The apartment was clean and cosy, not far from the center. It had a washing machine and was very nice.

The room felt warm enough, and we had a nice first impression during our one-night stay as two people in a Cihangir room. But the sheets had stains, holes, and hair, and the towels could have been cleaned more carefully. The shower cabin also needs more attention. The blue pouf was yellowed, and there was an unpleasant smell while we slept that I couldn't work out, perhaps related to the humidity by the sea. I suggest bringing your own shampoo and slippers. We didn't use the kitchen, so I can't comment on it. Breakfast at Mado was nice and filling.

The hosts and staff were very welcoming and friendly, and breakfast was fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and satisfying. Taş Konak has impressive stone architecture and a peaceful feel. Our room was comfortable, clean, and tidy. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet, comfortable, high-quality stay in Erdek.
