Fermir Grand Otel

The room's lighting and balcony were nice, and the location is excellent. The service, though, was terrible. Staff seemed unenthusiastic, and no one fixed the broken hairdryer despite us bringing it up several times. The sheets were stained; the staff member who came said it was rust and refused to change them, but the linens never looked clean. My daughter was alone in the room when a staff member unlocked the door with a key card, apparently thinking nobody was there, and seemed uneasy. There was also a smell coming up from the kitchen downstairs. The hotel felt completely undisciplined.

The food was delicious, and everyone on staff was friendly. The owner looked after us so well that I felt right at home. I was very pleased with the stay and will definitely come back next year.

We felt so welcome here, and the staff were lovely. The place was clean and had such a warm, friendly atmosphere. It really felt like a family hotel. Thanks to the hotel manager and all the employees. :)

There wasn't even a cotton swab in the room, and the towel they gave me was torn. The slippers were worn and dirty, while the toilet and bathroom both smelled bad. Breakfast was basically nonexistent. To me, it felt like they only cared about getting my money. I wonder whether the people who left glowing reviews would choose this place again. It doesn't have the comfort I'd expect from a 3-star hotel.
