Class Premium Suit Otel

The new furniture looked nice, but that was the only upside. We booked two rooms as a family, and one smelled strongly of damp, making the stay really unpleasant. The hotel seemed not to be fully open, with several areas still unfinished. Laminate flooring was lifting in places and felt unsafe, and brown water came out when we first turned on the tap. We also saw no security measures, which left us worried and uncomfortable during our one night there. We can’t recommend this hotel.

We came as a family for the Eid holiday, May 25-30. The room service usually answered within 10 minutes, and they provided a baby cot. Staff were helpful and friendly, cleanliness and location both 10/10, and parking was open and free. I didn’t try the pool, but those who did were happy with it. The food didn’t cause any stomach ache, constipation, or diarrhea. Breakfast was buffet, self-service, as organic as possible, and 10/10. Dinner was buffet too, with daily appetizers and two or three generous main courses, 9/10. For swimming, I definitely recommend the location: Kumkuyu and Tolbank public beaches are within walking distance, and the hotel also runs a shuttle to Kumkuyu beach. That saves you from spending time in the city’s heavy traffic. For the price, it compares with 3-4 star hotels. Ayaş gets very quiet after 9 pm, so bring snacks and treats to enjoy on the balcony. The nearest supermarket, Migros, is 4 km away.

Betül, Furkan, and Emrah were so attentive, thank you to all three. The rooms are very clean, and a phone call is all it takes for any need to be handled right away. The beach is close, and the hotel stays cool enough that we never used the air conditioning despite Mersin’s heat. You’ll be satisfied in every way. Truly magnificent.

This was our second weekend visit, coming from Kayseri. We like this family hotel because the beautiful beaches are close, and we prefer to avoid Mersin’s humidity and crowds in peak season. The view is magnificent, and the jacuzzi is wonderful. When we had any problems, Betül Hanım sorted them out quickly.
