The rooms were much smaller, hotter, and dimmer than we expected from the website details and photos we booked two rooms from. There was no working conditioner to cool them down, and the light was too faint. Breakfast was free but very basic. Unlike at other hotels I’ve stayed in, an egg omelet cost extra. I hope they do their best to fix and improve their services.

I was fine with the economy room not having a window, especially since it was very affordable at 70tl. The staff made sure I knew that at check-in, so there was no surprise about what I’d booked. They were very welcoming, found a place for my motorcycle, and offered me lots of cay. Everything was perfect for my one-night stay.

The staff were very helpful, and the location is nice, right in the city center. Parking was the main problem: we had to leave the car about 400 meters away because the hotel has no private parking. There were two adults and two children in our group, but each day we had to ask for four towels when only two were provided.

The room was warm enough for the cold weather and okay for one person. You can walk to the tourist spots, including Gaziantep castle and Çarsı (bazaar). But housekeeping didn’t clean my room during my three-night stay, even though I was away all day. Thanks, and God bless everyone.

The room itself was clean, and the staff were friendly, but the bathroom wasn’t. Nobody came to take out even the trash during our four days. Our room had a sort of window that hardly deserves the name, so it was impossible to breathe. The walls were so thin we could easily hear what the neighbors were saying.
