Divares Luxury Hotel

The room had what you’d need, the beds were really comfortable, and the AC worked fine. Breakfast was good, and everyone was super nice, from reception to the cook. We especially liked the kind cook with red peppers on his apron. But cleanliness was a real problem across our three short stays in the same room while traveling around. From check-in to check-out, the floor stayed extremely dirty, with hair left by previous guests. I complained on the first morning, but it still wasn’t cleaned. The tea cup I used the first night remained dirty and wasn’t replaced until after we’d left, and the same thing happened with the towels. Our windows wouldn’t close either, so street noise came in. They need better trained maids. If they sort out the cleaning and the broken windows, I’d recommend staying here.

The staff treated us so well, and even covered breakfast for me. I hadn’t paid for it, but they said I was their guest and didn’t need to pay, even though it was cheap. They didn’t charge me anything extra. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff were lovely. Prices were good too. Really amazing hotel, I definitely recommend it.

For the price, it’s very reasonable. The hotel is good, clean and cool, and the service is amazing.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.
