I had a comfortable two weeks here, and getting around was easy because the hotel is in the city center. The rooms were very clean and tidied daily. Everyone was attentive and helpful, from reception and housekeeping to the breakfast team.

The rooms were good, the cleaning was good, and the location worked well for visiting the city. But they need to respect privacy. Even with the “don’t disturb” light on, they came in to clean. They do a good job, but shouldn’t enter when that light is on.

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location suited what I needed. Had a great stay, highly recommend it.

The hotel has seven floors and rooms with city views, though the bathrooms are small. It’s in a convenient spot by bus and tram stops, with a very old mosque next door that has an ancient history. A few tram stops take you to the retail market, Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque.

The location is perfect, with everything you might need nearby. The staff were all helpful, from the manager whose name I’ve forgotten to the cleaners and waitresses. The rooms are very small, though not as small as I expected. Breakfast was fine but had no variety, and the breakfast area is cramped and needs better ventilation. In general, I do recommend it.
