The staff were attentive throughout, and Yusuf kept our room spotless each day. Breakfast had a generous choice of options, and the hotel itself felt charming and peaceful. We arrived around 1:30 AM but were still given a warm welcome and an upgrade. Having stayed with the Divan chain in Mersin before, I was glad we chose Divan in Gaziantep too. We stayed November 5th to 7th. Thanks to the whole team, I’d highly recommend it.

The housekeeping was the one part that left me unhappy, though when I raised it with the GM, he kindly took care of me. I still trust the Divan brand. The reception team were kind, helpful, and professional. At the spa, Mr Huseyin did a very professional Turkish hamam and helped ease all my stress. Mrs Siska is an amazing therapist, her hands brought me a lot of relaxation. Mr Eyupcan at the spa reception was also kind, professional, and always ready to help. The location is good enough: the old town isn’t walkable, but it’s not far either.

The street noise got annoying, and the prices don’t match the value for money. I’ve stayed here several times, but next time I’ll book somewhere else. It’s okay by Gaziantep standards, nothing beyond that.

Selin at the Divan Hotel reception made our family feel at home. She welcomed us with real warmth, a smile, and a professional manner, then went out of her way to see that we had what we needed and were comfortable. We’re sincerely grateful for her attentive hospitality. She represents the hotel wonderfully, and we wish her all the best.
