Norton Hotel has been so friendly and helpful, and I'm very grateful. There are parks around it, plus national restaurants and shopping centers waiting nearby. If I go to Gaziantep again, God willing, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

It's a basic hotel, but amazing value for money. The location was great for seeing gaziantep and right by the park, which was handy with our toddler. During our 4 night stay, the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and sort out the few issues we had.

We stayed one night, from 10 to 11 jun 2024. The rooms were spacious and looked like the pictures, and the toilet was clean. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. All the staff were helpful and friendly, even with the language barrier, and we were satisfied with the cleanliness overall.

The yummy breakfast is back! They had stopped serving it for a while, which was the one thing I disliked. This was about my 7th visit to Norton hotel, and once again the staff, cleanliness, and location exceeded expectations. The manager is a great guy, and all the staff speak good English, which is rare in Gaziantep. There's a dry cleaning shop right beside the hotel, two great barber shops, and Bayazhan and the park are a 2 minutes walk away on the other side.

The location is great, the rooms are comfortable, and breakfast was very decent. Staff were helpful, though only a few speak English. I just wish the desk had a proper chair, since the one there was too low for working on my laptop.
